OUR STORY
From his early days as a “Big Brother” mentor to his career as a coach for entrepreneurs and their leadership teams, SBIF founder Richard Magid has empowered early-stage leaders to reach their fullest potential. As an active mentor, trainer, and donor, Richard has collaborated with established organizations that develop young leaders in the US and around the world. Inspired by the impact of this work, Richard became passionate about bringing others into the practice of high-impact, heart-centered giving.
OUR MISSION
The Soundboard Impact Foundation, a non-profit organization was formed to help foster education and support programs that are focused on the development of inspiring leaders of tomorrow predominantly in under-privileged and under-served communities. The Soundboard Impact Foundation will deliver both financial support through donations and scholarships and hands on guidance through programming that leverages the experiences of its donors and extended community of supporters.
